What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and FDA/Grifols Quality Systems during validation protocols
Execute freezer installation, operational, and performance qualifications on-site at donor centers
Analyze validation data and write validation summaries to ensure acceptance criteria are met
Communicate with operational and quality assurance personnel regarding compliance and cGMP issues
Prepare validation reports and ensure milestones and timelines are met on assigned projects
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years of quality and validation experience in a cGMP and/or IT environment
Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and standard operating procedures
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and computer applications used in donor centers
Additional directly related experience or a combination of education and experience may be considered in place of stated requirements
