Assistant
Program Director
for our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS), located in Springfield, MA. ACCS is funded through the Department of Mental Health and is a multidisciplinary outreach approach for persons served in need of psychiatric and other services living independently in the community. This involves active engagement including assertive outreach, consistent assessment and treatment planning, skill building, symptom management, addiction treatment, and behavioral and physical health monitoring and support.
Your role as an Assistant Program Director The Assistant Program Director works within the Agency's team model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among co-workers. You will provide leadership and assist the Program Director to ensure excellence in the administrative, management, fiscal, personnel and client services systems in the program.
Requirements
3-5 years management experience in the field of Human Services
3-5 years supervisory experience
Master’s degree in human services field required
One of the following licenses preferred: MD, RN, Ph.D. Psychologist, LICSW, LCSW, LSW, ROT, LRC, LMHC
Success Factors The Assistant Program Directors will maintain a high level of commitment to program staff, and a dedication to the organizational mission and values to provide high quality, community-oriented services to those served. They should be organized, with a strong level of communication with an open and direct leadership style.
Schedule of Work This is a full-time, on-site role.
Starting Salary Pay range is $85,000-$95,000. Included is a phenomenal benefit package that includes, Dental, Health and Life insurance. Paid time off, earned vacation time and paid holidays just to name a few.
