
Shipping & Invoicing Representative

Our growing business is looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy meeting daily customer demands by fulfilling orders on time and providing excellent service on shipping options for our customers. In this position, you will pull, package, quote, quality check and invoice daily orders within time constraints while keeping part traceability on lot numbers. The Shipper's responsibilities include cross-training in claims, warehouse organization and supply maintenance. You will perform various projects as they occur and as time permits: carrier late delivery reports, package bulk stock, reorganize parts shelves, and physical counts.
Position Responsibilities
Accurately locate parts in a warehouse environment
Package orders in a safe and economical manner
Navigate inventory management systems to complete shipping transactions
Identify opportunities to improve process efficiencies
Provide shipping quotes to customers
Interface with freight carriers
Be engaged in customer service communications
Work with sales and accounting teams to perform daily financial close out duties
Experience and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
Ability to navigate computer systems
Ability to use handheld electronic devices
