
Proposal Coordinator
William Charles Construction Company, LLC, a MasTec Company, Rockford, IL, United States
The Proposal Coordinator will support the Estimating Department by coordinating internal resources, gathering required documentation, and assisting with the preparation and submission of project bids and proposals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Location & Details: This position will report to our Rockford, IL office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities
Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bid documents to identify submission requirements and deadlines, including EEO, DBE, and Small Business requirements.
Collect, organize, and maintain materials required for bid submissions and prequalification’s across multiple industries.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documentation and information for proposals and bids.
Organize bid deliverables and ensure all required documents are completed and submitted on time.
Order bid bonds and obtain required insurance documentation as specified by project owners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3+ years administrative experience.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and management skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Adobe, Microsoft Office.
Able to handle pressure under strict deadlines.
