This role will driveUS focusedorganicsocial strategy, contentand execution across our Bloch Active channels andassistin US focused content and strategy for Bloch Dance channels, to drive US customer acquisition, brand growth, and measurable business impact.

The Social Media Manager willbe responsible fordeveloping and executing data-informed US focused socialcontentthat increase traffic, engagement, and conversion. This includes overseeing US influencer activations, producing authentic and performance-oriented brand content, and elevating local US store visibility through targeted social initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines creative intuition with performance marketing rigor — someone who understands how to scale social reach, drive engagement,develop social content,activatecreatorsand transform social channels into powerful customer acquisition engines.

This is a remote role but will require regular weekly travel to Bloch New York store(minimum 1 time per week)andto occasionalUS events in New York area and beyond, to create and develop social content.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and executeUS focusedsocial media strategy/ contentfocused onacquiringnew US customers for Bloch Active(IG,Facebookand TikTok)and Bloch Dance (TikTokfocus and Instagram) and key products/ collections.

Align organic social planning with global team and broader digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives

Identifygrowth opportunities,partnerships, collaborations,audience segments, and content formats that drive measurable acquisition and conversion

Monitor performance metrics andoptimizestrategy based on data insights

Platform Ownership

Develop and growUS centric content forthe Bloch Active(Instagram,Facebookand TikTok accounts) andBloch Dance(Instagram andTikTok accountsalongside global team)developing a deep understanding of each target audience.

Plan and schedule content across platforms(Bloch Active)tomaintainconsistent messaging and compelling product storytelling.

Collaborate with marketing, product, retail, and creative teams to support launches and campaigns.

Manage community engagement by proactively interacting with followers to drive conversation and build loyalty.

Track and report performance metrics, assess growth opportunities,monitorcompetitor activity, andleveragesocial media trends to inform and refine strategy.

Influencer & Creator Management

Source, evaluate, and cultivate authenticUS basedinfluencer partnerships that align with brand values andobjectivesfor both brand-wide and product-specific launch campaigns.

Manage influencer activations, including paid and gifted content partnerships,managingand utilising theUpfluenceplatform.

Track campaign performance and reportresultsto inform and refine overall influencer strategy.

Lead and support local retail teams in executing in-store influencer and educator initiatives to drive footfall and increase brand awareness.

Community & Store Awareness

Drive brand and local store awareness through consistent Facebook community engagement andposition.

Develop localized social initiatives that connect digital audiences to physical retail locations

Partner with store teams to highlight events, educators, and community stories

Reporting & Optimization Track and report on KPIs including:

New customer acquisition indicators

Engagement

Reach

Traffic contribution

Influencer ROI

Deliver actionable recommendations to improve performance

3–5+ years social media experiencein eitheractivewear, dance, lifestyle, or performance apparel industries

Demonstrated experience using social platforms to drive customer acquisition, not just engagement

Experience managing influencer campaigns and creator relationships

Exceptional understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook ecosystems

Social content creation or creative direction experience

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Preferred

Familiarity with influencer platforms (Upfluencepreferred)
