Job Description:
Delivering presentations on behalf of Business Services and its business partners.
Explaining the Business Services mission and partner portfolio to large crowds of incoming students and their families.
Providing education while engaging audiences through compelling content.
Coordinating activities and representing Business Services as a key ambassador at informational sessions and tabling.
Promoting Business Services projects and campaigns around campus, via social media, canvassing, tabling at Preview, or through other creative outlets.
Managing relationships and engaging with students and various campus departments via social media.
Monitor trends
Create content calendars
Participate in collaborative campaigns
Creating content for the Business Services website, including press releases, feature stories, photo and video.
Normal Schedule: Monday- Friday
20 Hours per week (flexible)
Expected Salary: $15.00 Hourly
Required Qualifications:
Ability to work 15-20 hours per week.
Valid Florida Driver’s license.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Preferred:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Qualtrics, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
Extensive knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments as needed.
University of Florida student currently enrolled in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
