The Opportunity The Brand Communications Manager leads Ag Leader’s marketing communications strategy, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging that strengthens brand awareness and supports product launches, dealer engagement, and overall business growth. This role shapes the company’s voice across public relations, advertising, content, and integrated marketing campaigns. Working closely with Product Marketing and Digital Marketing, the Brand Communications Manager helps translate product strategy into clear market messaging while ensuring communications efforts are aligned across channels. This role also oversees brand execution and field marketing activities through leadership of the Brand & Design Lead.

Key Responsibilities 1. Lead integrated marketing communications
Develop and execute marketing communications plans aligned with product launches and business priorities.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across PR, advertising, dealer communications, and events.
Partner with Product Marketing to bring positioning and product stories to life in the market.
2. Drive Industry & Media Visibility
Cultivate relationships with agricultural media and trade publications.
Draft & implement press releases, media outreach, and corporate storytelling initiatives.
Identify opportunities for media coverage, awards, and thought leadership.
3. Content & Brand Management
Lead development & implementation of high-quality content including blogs, newsletters, articles, & campaign messaging.
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all communications & content.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing on content distribution strategies.
Work closely with Product Marketing to bolster launches in the field.
Capture testimonials, stories, interviews and other content in the field from dealers & customers & provide ideas for how to use them within our marketing initiatives.
4. Campaign Messaging & Coordination
Help develop integrated marketing campaigns with Product and Digital Marketing.
Define messaging, themes, and storytelling for campaigns.
Responsible for writing compelling copy material and ensuring consistent messaging across marketing channels.
Manage & execute print advertising planning and media relationships.
Align advertising initiatives with product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Work with the Brand & Design Lead to ensure creative aligns with messaging strategy.
6. Product Launch Communications
Lead the communications plan for new product releases & firmware releases.
Coordinate messaging across PR, advertising, and campaign content.
Support internal alignment on product announcements.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand marketing, or related roles.
Experience managing a small team.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with experience in media relations or public relations.
Experience developing marketing communications plans and integrated campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate across teams.
Willingness to travel (~20%)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in agriculture, ag technology, or equipment manufacturing.
Experience supporting product launches or B2B marketing campaigns.
Experience collaborating with creative and digital marketing teams.
