Entry Level Communications Representative

Responsibilities
Collaborate on creating communication materials for sales and retail events, including presentations, proposals, and scripts
Support logistics coordination for retail events such as trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities
Assist in developing event invitations, promotional materials, and follow‑up communications
Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution
Analyze event feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in retail sales and event coordination
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail sales environment and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
