HĀVN Sanctuary, located in Lehi, is our second location and opening home for Utah's growing tech and startup community, featuring the same world-class amenities alongside a resort-style pool, spa, and members lounge.
The Role
We are hiring two Social Media Interns, one based at HĀVN SLX in Salt Lake City and one at HĀVN Sanctuary in Lehi. The interns will work closely with each other along side the Community Directors to capture what makes that space special and translate it into content that connects with our community and attracts new members. This is an ideal role for someone who is comfortable behind a camera, has a natural sense for what performs on social, and wants to build a real portfolio with a brand that takes design and storytelling seriously. This internship is unpaid & part-time, but you'll work on live campaigns, get full access to the space and community, and receive hands‑on mentorship from the team. Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
Manage and execute organic social media content for HĀVN SLX across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Capture photos and short‑form video content during daily operations and events Write captions that reflect the HĀVN voice, values, and lifestyle Assist with content planning and posting cadence in collaboration with the Experience Lead Monitor DMs and comments and respond in a timely, on‑brand manner Track basic performance metrics and share what's working (and what isn't) Events & Community
Cover community events with photos and video for use across social channels Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of member events and social gatherings as needed Help promote upcoming events through social content and storytelling Member Experience
Engage authentically with members and guests while on‑site to capture genuine stories and moments Coordinate with the team on member spotlights, testimonials, and community features What We're Looking For
A strong eye for aesthetics and a genuine sense of what performs on Reels and TikTok Comfortable being on camera and creating content (iPhone‑level content is great) Clear, concise writing. You know when to be punchy and when to give it room. Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities Interest in coworking, wellness, events, or community‑driven brands Experience in social media, content creation, hospitality, or events is a plus Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, or related program (preferred, not required) Willingness to be on‑site at least 2 days per week, with occasional evenings or weekends for events Why HĀVN
