What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Build strong relationships with sales teams and clients to drive growth in qualitative research and creative strategy

Design, moderate, and oversee high-impact qualitative research projects

Utilize a range of methodologies to deliver insightful and actionable results for clients

Collaborate with teams to leverage quantitative tools alongside qualitative insights

Support business development initiatives and foster client partnerships

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience in relevant industries such as Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), consulting, or account management

Proven experience with research techniques and solutions in related fields

Demonstrated ability to moderate various qualitative methodologies, both in-person and virtually

Strong skills in senior-level communication, influencing, and negotiation

Solid understanding of market conditions and client business environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working in design or innovation consultancies

Background in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data

Proven track record of business development and client relationship management

Familiarity with complex client issues and resolution strategies
