Role Description

ZOO is seeking a culturally attuned Brand Partnerships Specialist to support the development and execution of strategic partnerships across sports, music, lifestyle, and entertainment. In this role, you will help identify and cultivate new opportunities while managing client relationships and acting as a key connector between brands, talent, and cultural properties. You will help develop customized partnership proposals, oversee sponsorship deliverables from concept through execution, and support contracts, budgeting, and invoicing. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for building impactful, culture‑driven partnerships. Qualifications

Strategic thinker who demonstrates initiative, takes ownership, and drives projects to completion. A natural 'connector' with outstanding communication and networking skills, capable of generating enthusiasm and opening doors to new opportunities. Possesses a strong "can-do" attitude, strives for excellence, and maintains a keen eye for detail in every project. Proven leadership ability, with expertise in motivating and fostering a collaborative team environment. Skilled in analytical thinking, planning, budgeting, and project management. Creative mindset. Openness to new environments, ideas, processes, innovations, and possibilities. Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Exceptional communication, verbal, written and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in cross‑functional teams with differing objectives and personalities. A knowledge of sports, lifestyle, music and entertainment industries and a finger on the pulse is plus.
