E-Commerce & Sales Administrator
to support the day-to-day running of our online and in-house sales operations. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working across digital platforms, customer service, and operational tasks within a growing business. Key Responsibilities
Maintaining and updating the company website (products, content, pricing) Supporting and implementing
SEO improvements
to enhance online visibility Assisting with
digital marketing activities
and website promotions Managing and responding to customer reviews across platforms Processing and tracking customer orders Coordinating and arranging deliveries with logistics partners Handling in-house order processing and administration Uploading new products, including descriptions, images, and specifications Product barcoding and inventory updates Assisting/liaising with the team regarding available stock What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in
e-commerce, admin, or sales support
(preferred) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable working with websites/CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce or similar) Basic understanding of
SEO and digital marketing Ability to create promotional in-house content Good communication skills and a proactive attitude Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently Ability to work on own initiative What We Offer
