What You'll Do as a Marketing Support Specialist: Coordinate tradeshows, events, and training activities, including scheduling and materials Maintain and update product data in PIM systems, company websites, and digital platforms Ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and up to date across all channels Manage and organize marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials Coordinate customer and sales sample requests, ensuring timely delivery Support Product Managers with day-to-day tasks, reporting, and project coordination Assist with general marketing initiatives and help keep projects moving forward smoothly Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate: Strong organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail, especially with data and product information Comfortable working with computers (Excel, databases, or website updates) Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers Previous experience in marketing support, administrative, or coordination roles is a plus Benefits Don't miss this chance to enhance your experience in a production environment while enjoying competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
