Our 115,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.Descritivo de CargoThis role leads the strategy for Pediasure & Pedialyte, driving innovation, global product launches, and impactful marketing programs to support ANI’s business around the world. The Pediasure & Pedialyte Marketing Director strengthens brand growth and scientific credibility through best‐in‐class HCP marketing programs, KOL engagement, and the development of global messaging and materials for healthcare professionals. The role also owns the brand’s budget withing Central Marketing, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI. Close partnership with Medical, R&D, Regulatory, and regional teams ensures alignment and successful global execution.Key outputs for this position include:* **Innovation Pipeline**: Build and manage a short-, mid-, and long‐term innovation pipeline for the brand.* **Launch Readiness:** Provide marketing launch toolkits, volume inputs, and supply chain management and regional alignment to ensure flawless execution.* **HCP & KOL Strategy**: Lead global HCP marketing, KOL engagement, and congress strategy with strong regional partnership.* **Claims & Communications**: Maintain a steady pipeline of impactful consumer and HCP claims to reinforce global scientific leadership.Major Responsibilities: * **Brand Strategy & Leadership:** Develop and lead the ANI brand strategy for the Pediasure & Pedialyte portfolio, ensuring cohesive execution across regions and alignment with cross- functional teams.* **Innovation & Pipeline Acceleration:** Identify growth opportunities driven by emerging science, clinical evidence, consumer behavior, and category needs. Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to accelerate innovation speed‐to‐market.* Enable the introduction of global Pedialyte innovations into LATAM and manage related projects* **HCP Marketing Programs:**

+ Responsible for developing and implementing HCP marketing programs.

+ Partner with R&D, Medical, regulatory to translate clinical evidence into compelling, compliant HCP claims.

+ Leads the strategy and oversees program execution at select international scientific congresses, ensuring strong scientific presence and impactful engagement.Education:•
