Job Description
The Sales Manager with logistics sales experience will lead and develop a medium‑sized sales team focused on expanding our logistics and supply chain solutions. This role requires a strategic and results‑driven leader to drive revenue growth through effective customer relationship management and negotiation within the logistics sector.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sales team of 6–15 representatives to achieve sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to logistics and supply chain customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and growth
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with operational capabilities
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activity and forecast performance
Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and professional development
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in logistics sales
Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
Excellent negotiation skills
Customer relationship management expertise
Demonstrated leadership ability
