Our client, a leading branding and design agency, is seeking an Account Executive: a highly organized, proactive, and strategic professional with strong client-facing skills and a deep understanding of digital environments, social media, and evolving trends.
This role is ideal for someone dynamic, detail-oriented, and service-driven, who can confidently manage client relationships while navigating fast-paced creative and digital projects.
About the Role As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing client accounts, ensuring projects move forward with clarity, precision, and momentum. You’ll work closely with Account Directors and collaborate with design, strategy, and production teams to deliver high-impact, digitally relevant work.

What You’ll Do Client Partnership & Communication
Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
Build strong relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and high-level customer service.
Translate client needs into clear direction for internal teams.
Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and areas for added value.
Project & Digital Coordination
Support the end-to-end management of branding, design, and digital campaigns.
Maintain timelines, briefs, and deliverables with a strong sense of ownership.
Ensure projects move efficiently across multidisciplinary teams.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including digital and social media initiatives.
Digital & Trend Awareness
Stay up to date with digital trends, social media dynamics, and emerging platforms.
Bring a strong understanding of how content performs and evolves in digital environments.
Support the team in aligning creative work with current trends and audience behavior.
Support for Creative & Strategic Process
Assist in developing presentations, decks, and client-facing materials.
Contribute with research, insights, and relevant digital references.
Ensure client feedback is clearly translated into actionable direction.
Operational & Administrative Support
Track budgets, approvals, and project updates.
Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and follow-ups.
Maintain organized documentation across all projects.
What We’re Looking For Experience
6+ years in Account Executive roles
Proven experience managing client relationships and coordinating projects.
Strong exposure to digital, social media, and content-driven environments.
Strong communication skills: clear, confident, and professional.
Highly organized with excellent time management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service mindset and relationship management skills.
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-driven.
Solid understanding of branding, digital ecosystems, and creative processes.
Naturally curious and up to date with trends, platforms, and digital behavior.
Technical
Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.).
Strong skills in Google Workspace / MS Office.
Familiarity with digital and social media metrics is a plus.
