
Senior Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical, business-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our global Demand Generation team.
This role is central to how we scale growth. You will not only analyze performance but actively shape campaign strategy, optimize budget allocation, and ensure our marketing data infrastructure is accurate and actionable.
Working closely with the Head of Demand Generation and regional teams, you will drive insights across paid media, ABM, Website, and digital programs globally (North America, EMEA, APAC).
Location: Poland/remote
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end marketing analytics across the different channels (SEO, AI visibility, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft Ads, Webinars) and ABM programs
Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that directly impact pipeline and revenue
Partner with campaign managers to influence and optimize live campaigns based on performance data
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance views across HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms
Analyze full-funnel performance - from engagement to pipeline and revenue attribution
Take ownership of tracking, attribution, and data integrity, ensuring accurate measurement across systems
Identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and trends across regions and channels
Support budget allocation and forecasting based on performance insights
Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance analysis, reporting, and decision-making
Present insights in a clear, business-focused way to marketing and sales stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
4-7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, or performance marketing (B2B preferred)
Strong understanding of paid media ecosystems (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and how they drive pipeline
Hands-on experience with:
HubSpot and Salesforce
Marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, BI tools)
B2B ABM platforms (e.g., Influ2, 6sense)
Proven ability to analyze multi-channel, full-funnel performance
Experience in building and managing tracking & attribution frameworks
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear business decisions
Experience working in a performance-driven, KPI-focused environment
Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis, automation, or marketing optimization
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling, scenario analysis, etc.)
Strong communication skills - able to influence stakeholders with data
Experience working in born in the cloud/cloud native companies - Must have
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS, insurance, fintech, or enterprise software
Experience with multi-touch attribution models
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.)
