Zayo is seeking a highly skilled **Senior Sales Operations Analyst** to support the Sales Operations Team and broader Sales Organization through advanced operational analysis, CRM governance, strategic programs, process improvement, and financial and performance reporting. This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency and strategic execution across sales functions.Our **Senior Sales Operations Analyst** will create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards, ensure CRM data integrity, support annual planning cycles, and provide analytics to drive informed business decisions. This position also acts as a key liaison between sales, product, finance, marketing, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights, reporting, and process enhancements.**Responsibilities:** Identify system improvements and define requirements or process changes to improve data integrity. years of experience in Sales Operations, Financial/Operational Analysis, or a related role.Telecom industry experience preferred, but not required.Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM; experience in CRM data governance and reporting preferred. Advanced Excel skills required; experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging for multiple audiences. Demonstrated ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
