
Casting Sales Manager

We are seeking a Casting Sales professional responsible for owning customer relationships and driving profitable sales of casting products across assigned markets. This individual acts as the commercial lead from initial opportunity through production, ensuring customer needs, pricing, and delivery expectations are aligned with manufacturing capabilities.
Primary Duties
Own and grow a defined territory or customer portfolio for casting sales. Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the industry. Collaborate with engineering and operations to develop competitive and accurate quotes. Manage the full sales lifecycle, from RFQ review to production launch. Communicate customer demand, forecasts, and expectations to internal teams. Negotiate pricing, tooling, and long-term agreements to achieve margin targets. Maintain detailed sales records, pipelines, and forecasts. Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify future demand. Represent the company professionally at trade shows and industry events. Required Experience & Skills
Experience selling castings or related manufactured components. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers. Ability to interpret customer drawings, specifications, and quality requirements. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer management skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and operational teams. Desired Background
