Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Franklin, NH, for an Inside Sales Representative. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling lead generation, and developing strong client relationships. The role also involves working collaboratively with internal teams to oversee the sales process, maintain accurate records, and achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Experience in Account Management and maintaining relationships with key clients
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
