Role Description Gulf Coast Yacht Group is seeking a Commission Sales Associate to join their team. This contract role involves working both from the company’s Orange Beach, AL location as well as remotely, offering the flexibility of a hybrid work model. As a Sales Associate, you will manage and grow client relationships, assist in yacht sales transactions, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets. You will also develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and showcase available yachts, maintain industry knowledge, and collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven sales and negotiation skills to drive successful sales transactions
Experience in customer relationship management and understanding customer needs
Knowledge of the maritime/yachting industry, with passion for boating being a plus
Proficiency in digital marketing and sales strategies, including online customer engagement
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively connect with clients
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment with time management skills
Familiarity with yacht market trends and competitive analysis
Previous experience in yacht sales or luxury sales is an advantage
