Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Government Sales Specialist based in Henderson, NV. The role involves managing and developing relationships with government agencies and law enforcement organizations. Responsibilities include efficient responses to time sensitive emails and phone inquiries, identifying client needs, making product recommendations, issuing quotations, finalizing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will also be accountable for maintaining detailed client records, staying updated on industry trends through the use of our existing software, and collaborating with other sales staff to meet company goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Responding to time sensitive opportunities
Proven Sales expertise, including prospecting, product recommendations, and follow ups
Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a positive client experience
Knowledge of the law enforcement and military supply sector is a plus but not necessary
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
