Develop and manage business relationships with targeted prospects in the hospitality sector
Conduct effective questioning to uncover client pain points and recommend suitable solutions
Present products and services to qualified prospects through various communication methods
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure smooth customer transitions post-sale
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
Proven solution selling or consulting experience
Willingness to travel, typically 25% per month
Strong hospitality industry experience
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills, particularly at the executive level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with hospitality-specific products and services
Experience in managing customer relationships post-sale
Ability to provide market trends and feedback for product development
