Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Sales Manager based in New York, NY. The Catering Sales Manager will oversee client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction, manage catering sales, and coordinate event planning and execution. Key responsibilities include developing client proposals, finalizing contracts, collaborating with internal teams such as food and beverage, and ensuring seamless events that meet both client expectations and the high standards of the hotel.

Qualifications

A minimum ofthree to five yearsof experience in a Sales or Catering office capacity

Know the New York Market and can proactively prospect

Bachelor's degree in hospitality is a plus

Must be computer literate and have excellent Microsoft Office and internet skills

Knowledge of Delphi is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, ability to multi-task in fast paced

Environment and professional appearance is required

Must be proactive, self-motivated and an excellent team player

High energy and positive attitude

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong communications skills

Knowledge of overall hotel operations and how they affect each department
