Account Executive – Automotive Auto Credit (Remote | Start May 2026)

OTE: $110K+ (Uncapped) | Monthly Commission | High-Volume Outbound

We’re hiring Auto Credit - Account Executives to drive new business for NCC’s automotive credit and data solutions. This is a high-activity, high-reward role where success is defined by pipeline generation, persistence, and closing ability.

What You’ll Do

Prospect daily through high‑volume outbound calling and strategic outreach

Break into dealerships and connect with decision‑makers (GMs, Controllers, Dealer Principals)

Run discovery + demos that clearly tie NCC solutions to business impact

Handle objections and negotiate with confidence

Close new business consistently and hit monthly revenue targets

Build and manage pipeline in Salesforce with disciplined follow‑up

What Success Looks Like

You’re energized by cold calling and hunting new logos

You maintain a strong, self‑generated pipeline

You can navigate dealership dynamics and multi‑thread conversations

You’re metrics‑driven and know your numbers (calls, meetings, conversion rates)

You compete to win—and don’t need to be chased

What You Bring Required:

2+ years of B2B outbound sales (inside or hybrid)

AND 1+ year experience in or selling to automotive dealerships OR

2+ years of proven success selling into dealerships (hunter role)

You likely come from environments like:

Automotive SaaS, credit solutions, F&I products, or high‑velocity sales orgs

Core strengths:

Strong cold‑calling and prospecting skills

Ability to clearly articulate value and ROI

Full‑cycle sales experience (prospect → close)

Highly organized and consistent with follow‑up

Competitive, self‑motivated, and coachable

Compensation & Benefits

$110K OTE ($55K base + $55K variable)

Uncapped commission (paid monthly)

4‑month ramp period
