Legal Assistant
to support our attorneys and case managers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in personal injury law— with potential to grow into a Case Manager role for the right candidate . Key Responsibilities
Request and follow up on medical records and bills Obtain Traffic Accident Reports (TARs) Perform balance verifications with medical providers Provide administrative and case support to the Case Manager and Attorney Assist in case file organization and documentation Qualifications
Prior experience in a legal, medical, or administrative role preferred Strong attention to detail and time management Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a high-volume setting Bilingual a plus (but not required) We offer a supportive environment where hard work and growth are rewarded.
