Monarch Investment is seeking a Roving Property Manager Professional to help manage our conventional housing communities in our greater Evansville area portfolio. We are paying up to $55,000 / year and offer outstanding growth potential!

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Operates the property within the financial guidelines (The Budget)

Makes recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses and grow net operating income

Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on owner's guidelines

Ensures all property marketing is current, accurate, relevant and at its greatest effect

Directs activities of all on‑site personnel and maintains a great working environment for all

Processes all invoices generated by the property and ensures they are paid in a timely manner

Posts, collects, tracks and manages delinquency of rental and other income

Builds and maintains a community of residents through resident relations

Ensures desired tenant renewals are captured at the highest rate possible

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required

Must have 2+ Years' experience in multi‑family rental housing

Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry software

Be able to provide great customer service to our residents

Yardi, Bluemoon, Rentcafe and Outlook experience preferred but not required

Here is what we can do for you $48,000 to $55,000 / Year with lots of growth potential

Annual reviews each year for an excellent raise
