GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for the sales management within the assigned territory, including interviewing, hiring, training and development of sales reps along with meeting all quotas assigned.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of performance, training, and sales within your assigned territory. General Managers of Sales supervise Sales Managers to ensure profitable operation of all branches within their territory through attainment of all key performance indicators and company directives.
You are responsible for training, motivating, and inspiring your team to achieve maximum results. You are expected to create a productive and positive work environment, provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability, and growth in-line with the company values and vision. Other duties will be assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
- Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- OSHA 10 Preferred
- Experience: Proven track record success leading teams of more than 10 Sales staff
- Experience understanding reporting, ability to identify area of opportunity and create a plan to succeed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to drive from job site to job site multiple times throughout the day
- Ability to walk uneven terrains on job sites while visiting customers
