We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented Director of Finance to join our growing hospitality organization. This leadership role will oversee financial operations across a diverse portfolio of properties, helping drive sound decision-making, operational efficiency, and long-term financial success.

The ideal candidate will be a strong financial leader with experience managing complex accounting and reporting functions in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial and accounting operations for multiple properties
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
• Ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes
• Monitor cash flow, internal controls, and financial compliance
• Partner with executive leadership and property teams to support business strategy and performance
• Oversee audits, tax coordination, and regulatory reporting
• Develop and improve financial processes, systems, and reporting standards
• Manage and mentor accounting and finance team members

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a Director of Finance role or similar financial leadership position
• Strong background in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience leading finance functions in a multi-property or multi-unit environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
• Hospitality experience is a plus
