Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full‑time associates in role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations of a large, complex community with over 200 units and multiple product lines, including a skilled nursing facility.
- Responsible for the community’s associate relations, resident and family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Create and execute the business plan and develop the team to become the preferred senior living community in the market, while growing revenue and profitability in partnership with the district team.
- Work with sales to drive sales results.
- Create an inclusive community culture that provides high quality resident experiences and care and engages residents, families, and associates.
- All operations within the community, interacting with staff and residents, prospects, and their family members.
- Develop and implement business plan, creating, analyzing, and executing annual operating and capital budgets, holding department leaders accountable.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with management team; encourage teamwork, partnership, and collaboration; cultivate an inclusive community culture.
- Supervise, direct, and motivate community management and empower department leaders.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop associates; manage staffing levels in accordance with legal requirements.
- Reduce turnover and increase retention through analysis and strategy.
- Maintain high resident satisfaction and retention; solve resident problems proactively.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to oversee resident services including admission process, healthcare management, and documentation.
- Ensure clinical leaders conduct service plan reviews and maintain resident dignity.
- Demonstrate financial acumen; drive results, analyze budgets, meet or exceed revenue, profitability, and occupancy goals.
- Drive sales and marketing efforts; collaborate with community sales leader; identify trends and implement strategies.
- Build relationships with local influencers; represent the community externally.
- Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, property and preventative maintenance systems.
- Enforce current company policies and maintain applicable licenses.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum of seven years of operational leadership experience required. Additional years of experience can be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Certifications, Licenses, And Other Special Requirements
Must have a valid administrator or nursing home administrator license in states where required. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business use.

Demonstrates ability to make analytical decisions and is accountable for all actions made by a department or group. Uses a high degree of analytical ability and demonstrates sound judgment to solve complex problems. Confident in making significant decisions related to community operations and able to articulate sound business judgment.
Knowledge And Skills
Has significant knowledge of an advanced discipline with a working knowledge of related fields. Knowledge of the organization, work environment, and process. Familiarity with Microsoft software preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills essential. Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks essential. Proven success in driving results. Ability to delegate assignments appropriately.
