Act as the escalation point for business design conflicts and tradeoffs.
Shape and Validate Solution Direction
Review and validate proposed Teamcenter designs to ensure they will work operationally.
Provide business-side input on:
Workflow sequencing and lifecycle states
Business rule intent and enforcement
EBOM and configurable / 150% BOM concepts
Compliance-driven behaviors embedded in workflows
Identify misalignments early and work collaboratively to resolve them.
Challenge designs that risk over-customization or local optimization.
Translate operational workflows into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.
Ensure compliance-driven service delivery, traceability, and evidence reuse.
Collaborate with adjacent workstreams to align requirements and outcomes.
Promote data-driven, auditable processes embedded in PLM workflows.
Cross-Workstream Alignment & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with process owners and functional subject matter experts to elicit and document comprehensive business requirements for the implementation of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
Collaborate with other Business Transformation and Digitalization workstreams on:
End-to-end process flows
Data alignment and dependencies
Governance and policy impacts
Reinforce a continuous improvement mindset and long-term adoption focus.
What You Bring
Required
Extensive business-side experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations
Demonstrated leadership in requirements ownership and acceptance across complex PLM scopes
Strong understanding of:
