UX/UI Tools Developer Analyst Job at Akkodis in Dearborn

Akkodis is seeking a UX/UI Tools Developer Analyst for a Contract role with a client in Dearborn, MI. This position supports the FCSD Customer Retention Uptime Team, whose mission is to drive innovation in service experiences by deeply understanding customer and dealer needs and designing seamless interactions that strengthen longterm loyalty.

Rate Range: $40/hour to $43/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

UX/UI Tools Developer Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Support the development, enhancement, and implementation of digital tools designed to improve customer and dealer service experiences.
• Partner with crossfunctional teams to gather and interpret user needs, transform insights into tool requirements, and support ongoing optimization.
• Create datadriven dashboards, reports, and UI components to enable operational transparency and decisionmaking.
• Integrate internal and external data sources to support analytics initiatives and elevate process efficiency.
• Design and support application solutions that streamline workflows and enhance usability.
• Support APIbased integrations to ensure seamless data flow across platforms and tools.
• Solve complex problems related to data, usability, tool performance, and process improvement.
• Assist in capturing and analyzing data to support tool enhancement initiatives, business reporting, and continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Delivery Manager, or adjacent digital/technical role.
• Strong experience in:

Pay Details: $40.00 to $43.00 per hour
