Under the direction of the Titles Manager, the Titles Specialist is responsible for processing vehicle titles using the respective states/agencies guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction while satisfying iLending policies. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Maintains a 2.5% or below ratio on DMV rejections. Ability to identify problem areas and make independent decisions to resolve title processing delays and rejections. Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures. Accurately process incoming FedEx daily according to established procedures. Complete, in accordance with queue turn times, SOR Requests, Pushes, Doc-Ins, and QAD reviews. Ability to contact previous lenders, customers, and DMVs to obtain documents needed to perfect the titling process. Ability to communicate, written and verbal, with supporting departments, DMV's, customers, and lenders. Demonstrates the ability to dissect problems into smaller and more manageable pieces, while working under minimal supervision, to deliver positive outcomes in perfecting titles. Maintains a professional and calm manner with all professional and business interactions. Maintains a high level of confidentiality. Contributes to and encourages others to demonstrate and live the iLending core values; transparent, people focused, empowering, knowledgeable, and dependable. Perform other related duties as assigned to assure optimum service levels. Ability to train new title agents. Contributes to effective operations by providing support where and when needed. Perform other related duties as assigned to assure optimum service levels. Provide notary services for the team. If not a notary, complete the course to become one. Assist and work "Hot Titles" assigned by leadership. Communicate directly with lenders to resolve title completion delays and updates. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED | Some college preferred. A minimum of one-year office experience, or an appropriate combination of experience and education. Notary Public in Colorado Three (3) or more years Titles experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to operate other office equipment, such as fax/copy machine, calculator etc. Ability to use multi-screen systems and maneuver through several programs simultaneously. Excellent organization and multi-task ability Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The Team Member must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. Salary And Benefits: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity Bonus eligible the first full month after 60 days of employment and successful completion of probationary period For Regular Full-Time Salaried and Hourly positions, Includes Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) match.
