The Service Appointment Specialist supports our Service Department by managing inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system. This role is ideal for someone with experience in: Customer service Call center or high-volume phone environments Automotive dealership BDC Administrative or appointment scheduling roles Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Inbound Calls

Answer high-volume inbound phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Provide accurate information regarding automotive service needs Deliver an exceptional customer experience Appointment Scheduling

Schedule and confirm service appointments Coordinate with service advisors and technicians Ensure proper documentation of customer concerns CRM & Lead Management

Enter and update customer information in dealership CRM software Track communication history and appointment status Maintain accurate data to support service operations and follow-up Qualifications

1+ year experience in customer service, call center, BDC, or administrative support preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining quality service Strong data entry and computer skills Experience using CRM software preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening About DeVoe Automotive Group
