Duties and Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and support to clients in person. Represent client brands professionally during promotional events and face-to-face campaigns. Assist in the execution of direct marketing and customer outreach initiatives. Build positive relationships with customers and address questions or concerns in a professional manner. Support the team in preparing promotional materials and presentations. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities. Attend promotional events, trade shows, and community-based marketing activities. Collaborate with team members to evaluate campaign performance and improve customer engagement. Assist with reporting, tracking campaign results, and maintaining accurate records. Help ensure all client interactions align with company standards and goals.
