Private Banking Lending Assistant
The Private Banking Lending Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Private Bank Officer at our Grand & Western banking location. This position is primarily responsible for handling deposit accounts and providing high-level customer service to both personal and business deposit clients. This position will communicate frequently with Private Bank customers, both in-person and by phone, regarding deposit-related activities, such as account openings, exception item processing, maintenance, account transfers, wire transfers, research, fraud issues, decedent process, ordering gift cards and foreign currency. They will also handle activities related to sponsorships, client entertainment, and other special projects. Position Requirements: 1-3 years of Retail or Private Banking experience, or commensurate experience to include teller, loan, or bank operations Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt quickly to new systems Demonstrate excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to respond appropriately to customer inquiries in a fast-paced work environment while handling multiples tasks.
