Build authentic relationships with members and staff Lead a high-performing team with empathy and energy Drive membership growth through servicenot sales pressure Keep the gym clean, safe, and welcoming Plan events and programs that bring the community together Manage budgets and operations with excellence Stay ahead of fitness trends and lead by example What We're Looking For
