Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role helps customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and other store services while providing an excellent in-store experience. Schedule: MondayFriday: Store open 10 AM

6 PM Team hours: 8:30 AM

6:30 PM Saturday: Half-day shift Closed on most federal holidays What We Offer: Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling Paid notary public certification (if required) Career growth opportunities Friendly team environment Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services Operate point-of-sale system, printers, and store equipment Process orders and provide product/service recommendations Support store promotions and marketing Sort and manage virtual mailbox mail Fingerprinting processing Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills Strong multitasking and communication abilities Detail-oriented with good time management High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license required Retail/POS software experience preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs If you enjoy working with customers and staying busy in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
