Front Desk Receptionist
We currently have an open full-time position for our Front Desk Receptionist. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Starting pay is $16.00/hour, insurance benefits available within 30 days. Job Summary Liberty Safe is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, assisting with customer service communications, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while supporting daily office operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, customers, vendors, and delivery personnel in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls through the company phone system to the appropriate departments Monitor and respond to customer service emails, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly or routed to the appropriate team Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area Assist customers and visitors with general information about Liberty Safe products or departments when appropriate Manage visitor check-in procedures and notify staff of arriving guests Provide administrative support to office staff as needed Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and customer service Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills, including email and office software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Skills Experience working in a manufacturing or corporate office environment Experience with multi-line phone systems Customer service experience supporting product-related inquiries Work Environment Office-based position located at the Liberty Safe front desk Frequent interaction with customers, visitors, and internal departments Standard business hours with occasional high call or visitor volume Benefits Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Employer Paid Life Insurance Health Savings Account 401k Match Paid Personal Time Off Paid Holidays Referral Bonus Program We background check, drug screen and E-Verify.
