Agent Transfer Specialist
The Agent Transfer Specialist at Brock Partners is responsible for initiating and receiving calls, engaging prospective clients, and maintaining the conversation until a licensed agent is available to take over. This role is essential to maximizing sales opportunities by ensuring a smooth and successful handoff to agents. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to initiate contact and verify interest. - Receive inbound calls and gather basic client information before transferring. - Keep clients engaged and on the line until an agent is ready. - Follow approved scripts and maintain compliance with internal and carrier guidelines. - Transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents in real time. - Document call activity, outcomes, and transfer metrics in CRM systems. - Communicate effectively with agents regarding lead flow and call status. - Perform daily lead follow-ups and assist with re-dials and priority lead management. Qualifications
- Call center, telemarketing, or phone-based customer service experience preferred. - Strong verbal communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport. - Comfortable managing high call volume in a fast-paced environment. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability. - Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM or call management systems.
