As a Sr. Executive Assistant, you bring a steady, organized, and detail focused approach to a fast moving environment, balancing multiple priorities while keeping operations running smoothly for leaders and stakeholders. You communicate clearly and professionally, build positive relationships, and handle sensitive information with discretion and trust. Your adaptability, resourcefulness, and calm problem solving help you navigate shifting needs, support others with care, and ensure that every interactionwhether with colleagues, partners, or the publicreflects reliability, warmth, and a commitment to exceptional service. What you will do: Provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple Aviation Directors, managing schedules, documents, correspondence, and confidential information with accuracy and discretion. Coordinates meetings, events, travel, procurement, and office logistics to ensure seamless daily operations across the Aviation departments. Delivers responsive customer service by assisting callers and visitors, researching inquiries, processing security credentials, and supporting stakeholders with professionalism. Serves as a reliable operational partner by tracking time and attendance, supporting special events, and acting as backup for Operations, Safety and Security, Facilities, Customer Services, and Terminal Management. What you offer: Associate degree or equivalent professional experience. 3-5 years of office administration experience in a business environment. Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, PeopleSoft, Excel, and database applications. Collaboration with colleagues at all levels of leadership from all different disciplines, from Aviation to Maritime and beyond.
