Your Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Concept team and help shape visually compelling assets across brand storytelling, seasonal campaigns, and digital initiatives This role collaborates closely with Art Directors and cross-functional partners to translate Creative Direction into elevated design solutions that reflect the brand's fashion point of view, aesthetic, while hitting commercial goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for fashion imagery, typography, and trend-driven design, with the ability to balance creative expression and brand consistency. You thrive in a fast-paced, fashion-focused environment - managing multiple launches, drops, and campaign moments while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and craft.

Concept Production and Execution

Design with a forward-thinking, fashion-first perspective, contributing to seasonal storytelling and upcoming campaign moments. Support the creation of visually compelling comps, mockups, and pitch materials for weekly reviews and leadership presentations. Participate in creative brainstorms, critique rounds, and collaborate with Art Directors and cross-functional partners to evolve ideas from initial concept through execution, bringing a strong point of view of graphic design rooted in fashion culture, trends, and brand relevance.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of design experience, preferably within fashion, retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong fluency in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus, but not required)
  • A sharp eye for typography, imagery, and layout with an understanding of fashion aesthetics and brand storytelling
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple seasonal priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable contributing ideas in collaborative creative spaces
  • Passionate about concepting and pushing visual boundaries through design while staying true to brand identity
  • Deep awareness of fashion trends, cultural moments, and social-first design behaviors
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Quick thinker and creative problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, fashion-forward energy
  • Curious, growth-oriented, and eager to evolve craft and creative perspective over time
