The Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) Presentation & Graphic Designer is responsible for executing high-impact visual storytelling across executive presentations, customer events, and ISB communications. This role works in close partnership with the ISB Customer and Product Advocacy teams and Director of Customer Marketing, translating approved narratives and marketing priorities into polished, executive-ready design assets.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced production role with regular exposure to senior leaders. The designer must be comfortable incorporating real-time feedback, managing tight deadlines and delivering consistently high-quality work without compromising brand standards.

What Youll Do

Presentation design

  • Design and produce executive-level PowerPoint presentations for executive forums, customer meetings, internal leadership sessions, world summits, and ISB community engagements.
  • Translate complex business and technology content into clear, visually compelling presentation narratives.
  • Optimize presentations for live delivery across large-format screens, teleprompters, and virtual or on-site environments.
  • Apply strong visual hierarchy, pacing, and layout discipline to support executive communication and decision-making.

Graphic design and visual assets

  • Create supporting visual assets including diagrams, infographics, icons, signage, one-pagers, and digital graphics.
  • Adapt designs across formats while maintaining consistency with DXC brand standards and ISB marketing direction.
  • Support event and customer-facing materials in coordination with ISB marketing and event teams.

Execution and workflow

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver against tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Own the review and revision process, incorporating feedback efficiently while maintaining design integrity.
  • Maintain organized file structures, version control and a shared repository of executive presentation assets.
  • Ensure a consistently high bar for accuracy, typography, spacing, and overall visual polish.

Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Creative Strategist, Content Strategists and Social Media Strategist to execute visual storytelling aligned to approved narratives.
  • Work with the Director of Marketing to ensure design output supports ISB marketing priorities, campaigns, and executive communications.
  • Collaborate with content owners, event leads, and stakeholders to deliver against defined objectives.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in presentation and graphic design, ideally supporting executive-level or customer-facing work.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Demonstrated experience designing for executive audiences and complex business or technology topics.
  • Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Experience supporting live events, executive forums, or customer engagements is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong visual storytelling and layout expertise.
  • Ability to translate strategic and marketing direction into clear, effective design.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable operating in executive-facing, high-visibility environments.
  • Calm, adaptable, and detail-oriented under pressure.
Work Environment
  • Hybrid role- If you live within 40 km (25 miles) of a DXC office, you are expected to work onsite at least two days per week.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
