Salary Range: $45- $48/Hour on W2 Only (All inclusive) Applicant must be willing to work on W2.

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented AEM UX Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in designing innovative and user-friendly experiences for web properties, specifically built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale digital products, collaborating closely with development teams to create seamless, responsive, and accessible web experiences that align with global design standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End User Experience Design: Lead the design of user-centric experiences for web properties, from initial concept to final implementation on AEM.
  • Design Deliverables: Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to bring business requirements to life.
  • Consistency in Design: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and the Global Design System (GDS) to maintain a unified visual and user experience.
  • AEM Component Design: Design scalable, reusable AEM components, templates, and page layouts to enhance flexibility and maintainability.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with AEM developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented in AEM (Figma → AEM parity).
  • Support Modular Design Patterns: Provide guidance on the use of Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, and modular design patterns to optimize content reuse.
  • UX Guidance During Build & QA: Offer UX support throughout the AEM build process, including QA and release cycles, to ensure the final product meets both business and user needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • UX / Digital Product Design Experience: Proven experience in designing user experiences for digital products.
  • AEM Expertise: Strong hands-on experience designing websites and platforms built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Design Tools Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
  • Responsive Design & Component-Based UX: In-depth understanding of responsive design principles, design systems, and component-based UX design.
  • Accessibility Standards Knowledge: Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1+ and accessibility best practices.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with front-end developers and AEM development teams to ensure seamless design-to-build integration.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and present design solutions effectively.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
  • AEM as a Cloud Service: Experience working with AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Adobe Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with other Adobe tools such as Adobe Target, Analytics, and AEP from a UX perspective.
  • Personalization-Driven UX: Exposure to creating UX designs based on personalization strategies and data-informed design decisions.

Experience Required:
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in UX and Digital Product Design, with specific focus on AEM-based websites and platforms.
