Exciting opportunity to join an industry-leading manufacturer's expanding marketing team in a Content Creator role. This position is built for someone who wants creative ownership, hands-on experience, and a business environment that values authentic storytelling.
This role sits at the center of how the company brands its products, real-world use, and customer experiences into compelling content that supports sales and builds trust. The work spans video, writing, and social media, with a strong focus on capturing what actually happens in the field and on the shop floor.
Responsibilities include:
Create video and written content that highlights products, customer use cases, distributor partnerships, and day-to-day operations. This includes short and long-form video, blog-style content, campaign copy, and social media posts.
Capture and produce content across environments, office, manufacturing floor, trade shows, and customer sites, then edit it into clear, credible, and engaging pieces.
Support podcasts, interviews, and internal discussions that feature customers, sales teams, and subject matter experts.
Translate technical products into simple, customer-focused messaging that makes sense to buyers and end users.
Manage and publish content across the website, email, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social platforms, aligning with broader marketing and funnel strategy.
Maintain a content calendar and an organized digital asset library to keep production consistent and efficient.
Track performance and engagement metrics, then adjust content approach based on what works.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Technical Service, and Manufacturing to source ideas and capture relevant stories.
Use AI and emerging tools where they improve speed and output without sacrificing quality.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in content creation and digital media, including hands-on video shooting, editing, and production, and blog/social media content. Manufacturing exposure is a plus.
Proficiency in video editing, publishing tools, and social platforms.
Strong writing skills, especially the ability to simplify technical or complex topics.
Organized, data-driven, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects without heavy oversight.
Curious, practical, and open to testing new ideas, tools, and AI integrations.
