Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven External Marketer to promote our long-term care facility and build strong referral networks within the community. This role is responsible for increasing census through strategic outreach to hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, and assisted living communities.
Conduct regular in-person visits to healthcare providers and community partners.
Promote facility services, programs, and specialties to drive admissions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local market.
Coordinate and attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
Track referral activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly census growth targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of marketing, sales, or business development experience (healthcare preferred).
Strong knowledge of long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
