The Director of the Portfolio Management Office (PMO)reports directly to the DGSOM Executive Director Academic DepartmentAdministration who reports to the CFO/Sr.Dean of Finance andAdministration. Under the leadership of the Executive Director, The PMODirector is responsible for establishing, leading, and optimizing a small PMOthat supports strategic project execution across the organization. This roleensures projects are aligned with business priorities, delivered on time andwithin budget, and follow standardized project management practices.
The PMO Director will oversee project governance, portfoliovisibility, resource coordination, and continuous improvement of projectmanagement capabilities across the organization. This position has four directreports.
Annual Salary Range: $116,300.00 - 264,600.00
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management,Engineering, or related field
- 8 - 12 years of experience in project management or programmanagement
- 3 - 5 years of experience leading or managing a PMO orproject portfolio
- Strategicplanning and portfolio management experience
- Projectgovernance and methodology development experience
- Leadership andteam development experience
- Risk managementand problem solving experience
- Executivecommunication and stakeholder management experience
- Budget andresource management experience
- Changemanagement experience
- Data-driven decision-makingexperience
- Ability to workin a collaborative cross-functional environment
- Ability tointeract with senior leadership and business units

- Master's degree or MBA
