Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the CFO, Finance Director will manage financial operations, systems, and policies and partner with leadership to ensure every dollar advances our mission. This is a full-time role with a hybrid work schedule, based in Waterbury, VT.

Compensation and Location

The expected compensation is $75-95K commensurate with experience. Bring your skills where they truly matter.

Qualifications

Collaborative, detail-driven finance professional with strong technology skills, 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably with nonprofit and grant experience in multi-funded organizations.
