Solution Architect Director

You will leverage your experience in analysing requirements, developing technical designs to enable the successful delivery of solutions.

The Opportunity

As part of the Delivery Excellence Tech Enablement team you will lead the architectural vision and secure the successful implementation of scalable and secure solutions. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction for business development, mentor future leaders, and drive significant decisions that shape client engagements and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of multiple projects, maintaining alignment with strategic goals
• Foster collaboration across teams to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Promote innovative solutions that address client needs and market gaps
• Uphold professional standards and maintain compliance with industry regulations

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering and/or solution architecture delivering modern systems to production

• Proven experience in hands‑on coding and reviews preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical deliveries
• Experience in scaled agile environments
• Using GenAI in day‑to‑day engineering workflow and being able to mentor others to adopt it responsibly
• Exhibiting the ability to define and communicate technical strategy to non‑technical stakeholders
• Excelling in architectural judgment across key areas
• Promoting consultative approaches in technical delivery
• Demonstrating market and industry awareness

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
