What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage sales activities and client relationships within a designated territory
- Develop new client relationships while retaining and enhancing existing ones
- Present investment capabilities and performance to clients, at conferences, and industry events
- Collaborate with team members to provide effective sales and marketing support
- Act as a spokesperson for the employer's brand and investment philosophy across the industry
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of SIE (Securities Industry Essentials), Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses; SIE and Series 7 must be obtained within the first 12 weeks of hire
- Strong foundational knowledge of investments, capital markets, and asset allocation theory
- Proven business development skills with a client-centric approach
- Track record of building relationships and growing a territory
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
